Sam Corbett from Black Rocks Construction came highly recommended to us, right from the first meeting, up until the recent completion of the build, the communication, quality of build by Sam was of superior quality, with carefully hand selected trades people to work alongside them when necessary. The humour was excellent too.
If any issue arose, they were straight onto it, they were so honest and transparent with emails to suppliers/team when necessary. As we were out of town when a chunk of the build happened due to covid, we were sent photos on a regular basis, daily phone calls to update and discuss next steps by the Project Manager - yes called Sam too. Not an easy time to build, but WOW, we are now in our home, thanks team Black Rocks Construction, we love it and Kerikeri.
